Morning Program
Learn to move in a way that consciously releases tension through the Ancient Traditional Chinese practice of Qi Gong. Calligraphy Health is a wholistic self-healing system that educates you in the art of creating a deep and powerful connection to self, cultivating internal energy for the purpose of healing and highest functioning.
Based upon three Ancient Chinese Philosophies that with the Chinese Yin/Yang system realises everything in life is linked together and in a healthy environment should flow together as one. The three philosophies are Daoism (living in harmony with the rhythms of the universe), Confucism (respect yourself, respect others) and Buddhism (unconditional happiness, cultivating wisdom through understanding nothing is permanent).
This system of healing has come to be known for its power to heal from the inside out. It was founded and developed by Master Zhen Hua Yang a World-renowned Energy Specialist and Trauma Expert who has over 50 years experience in energy and health and is the keeper of a family system that dates back some 400 years. His depth and breadth of knowledge is steeped in the internal energy systems that has been used for thousands of years throughout China.
Morning Wake-up Program is the process of making your cells find a happy and safe home. When we are feeling worried, stressed, anxious or depressed our breathing patterns change, blood circulation and oxygen to the brain is reduced and oxygen, nutrition and information carried around the body is restricted. Worry and stress shows up not only in our physical body but in our emotions, our mind, our spirit as well as in our blood cells.
In their natural state our cells should be singular and flowing, through stress and trauma they start to cluster and stick together compromising our health and wellbeing as they inhibit the life-force energy from flowing freely throughout the body.
This simple but very rich program has been developed to practice on waking up in the morning, starting a new day in the right way; opening-up and warming up the lungs, moving all the major joints of the body, servicing the organs in particular the digestive system and most importantly training your blood cells to start the day in a calm, happy and loving way.
The stress of modern day living provokes shallow and irregular breathing, contracting and blocking the bodies natural systems by limiting blood and Qi/Energy flow around the body. Lack of blood circulation is at the root of many health problems, manifesting itself in many ways including irritability, insomnia, fear, anger, tiredness, migraines and digestive problems. If not addressed these symptoms will overtime create further problems in particular with the natural functioning of the organs.
By immersing yourself in the act of Internal Healing, by creating a deep and powerful connection to self you connect with the cells of your blood. Utilising a combination of Breath, Mind and gentle flowing Movement Qi/blood flow is mobilised throughout the body breaking up cellular clustering, releasing built-up tension, teaching us how to relax as well as affecting us positively at a deep cellular level.
This is not a physical practice, rather you are training and re-educating your cells and your body from the inside out. By connecting with yourself at a deep cellular level you are learning to embody trust, love and happiness. By making you – your cells – feel warm, secure and confident you are learning not to be overwhelmed by your worries and emotions.
In essence you are re-programming your cellular memory. This plays a pivotal role in the attainment of good health and long-lasting happiness through strengthening the immune and nervous system, improving circulation and raising your energy levels.
During this 6-part course you will learn how to:
- Connect with your body’s inner wisdom and healing energy
- Improve your internal organ functioning assisting with better digestion, health & longevity
- Enhance mobility and relief from pain and discomfort
- Increase blood circulation & energy levels
- Experience deeper sleep patterns
- Increase mental clarity and focus
- Come back to your centre, feeling grounded, peaceful & restored

Could you please tell, how long shall we practice the learned movements in the morning?

Isolde
Hello ! You can practice as much as you would like. The more longer you practice the richer. When I teach more movements you can incorporate into your practice
Thank you Master!
The weekend lesson was very good Master Yang.
It has been long time since the Bankstown days so it was good to hear your voice.
Next weekend put camera little bit closer as you look to far away.
See you then.
🙏🙏🙏
Hi Master Yang,
Thankyou I have really enjoyed the first two lessons. I felt calm all day after lesson 2, which means I was very productive at home and spent the rest of the day helping to decorate my daughter’s bedroom, this made the wife very happy!
I have a question about the breathing detail.
Is inhale through the nose, and exhale through the mouth , or is it ok to also exhale through the nose.
Also does speed of movement matter eg if I move too quickly sometimes.
Thankyou I look forward to the next lessons.
John
Dear John,
Breath inhale from nose exhale from mouth,
Expand the whole body when breathing in, when breathing out make body smaller.

Hi Master Yang, thank you for the morning program it was very good to learn.
I wanted to ask a question live, but need to do the bear move much more to gain confidence!
My question ,
Do you recommend any other kind of exercise for health such as weight training or running etc, or are these bad for your body/health. Or would you say Qigong is enough on its own in your experience.
Thank you master Yang
🙏
John
Hi Master Yang!
I really like your teachings, really powerful.
There are many movements to perform but they get easier and easier with the practice.
If it is possible, I’d like to see how your stomach moves during the movements in lessons 1.3 and 1.4 because I didn’t get it very well.
Thank you
Hello Master Yang, So grateful for your teachings, knowledge and passion I really enjoyed your classes. I hope to someday join you onsite and master the practice. My question to you is from my understanding each movement has a specific area to aid healing and repair ie sports injury etc do you have any information you can provide us on each movement and benefit. Also I’m keen to hear your answer to John Butler’s question with gratitude thank you again Master Yang.
Thank you Dagmar
Hello again Master Yang I have another question I should have asked in my first message. Can you please recommend best movement for inflammation and soreness in the knees. I would like to concentrate on healing this area. My knees were ok until I fell hard at the gym and the inflammation started 6 months after the fall. Thank you again in advance and look forward to hearing from you with gratitude Dagmar.
Thank you for this training, Master Yang. It is great idea to have such course especially during this special time now we all have to go through. Best greetings from Switzerland and we hope to see you this year in Europe
Thank you Master!
Hello Master Yang,
Thank you for introducing us these amazing techniques. I already felt much better after the introduction course.
I have a question regarding the spine when breathing. Should I try to lengthen the spine when I exhale? Or should I just go with the flow?
Thank you.
